I reached out to support and it took days to hear back, which is obviously not what you want when you need help. When they finally did reply, the answer was minimal and didn’t really solve much. Just kind of frustrating overall

The checkout worked fine overall, but it did feel kind of slow. I mean, it got the job done, but who wants to wait around longer than they have to?

I’ve ordered from wildchild.nyc a few times now, and the sizing has been consistent for me (which is always a relief when shopping online). I usually just order my normal size, and it’s fit about the same across different pieces. One top was maybe a tiny bit tighter than expected, but not enough to be a big deal. Overall, it makes ordering way less stressful. Giving 4 stars because it’s not totally perfect, but it’s been reliable enough that I’d order again.

I mean, they did fix the issue in the end, so that’s good. But the wait was just... way longer than I expected. I kept checking back like, okay, is this happening or not? So yeah, it worked out eventually, but the support time was kind of frustrating

I was excited to get my order, but the shipping took way longer than I expected. After a while, it got really frustrating just waiting around with no real update. The product was fine, but the slow delivery definitely took away from the experience...

Well... I tried to place an order, but the whole site was hard to deal with. Pages took forever to load, and when I finally got to checkout, it kept freezing on me. It made the whole experience way more annoying than it needed to be.

I bought something from Wildchild NYC once and honestly... it kinda left a bad taste after the fact.

I tried to find real info about how their stuff is made, who’s making it, what they actually care about etc and it all felt vague. for a brand with such a strong image I expected way more transparency.

Maybe that stuff doesn’t matter to everyone, fair enough, but it matters to me. I don’t see myself buying from them again

The delivery showed up late one time, which was kind of annoying, but... I mean, the order itself was fine. Nothing missing or messed up, so overall it was okay, just not amazing

I had to exchange for a different size, and it was more of a hassle than I expected. Compared to other places I’ve ordered from, the process felt slow. Email replies took a while, and I ended up having to follow up twice before anything really moved forward. It did get sorted in the end, which I appreciate, but the whole experience wasn’t great.

I bought something from wildchild.nyc for a birthday gift, i still remember that little sinking feeling when I opened the package. The item itself was fine, but the presentation just didn’t feel gift ready at all. The packaging was plain, there was no note included, and the whole thing looked a bit rushed. I ended up feeling kind of awkward handing it over, which isn’t really what you want when you’re excited to give someone a birthday present.

The box arrived safely, which is the most important thing. It did have a small dent, so I wouldn’t call the packaging perfect, but for the price and the fact that nothing was damaged, I’d say it was still a decent experience.

I mean, I really wanted to like it, but the fabric was just, like, way scratchier than I expected. It didn’t feel soft at all, it was kind of uncomfortable to wear. So yeah, I ended up giving it one star because it just wasn’t what I was hoping for.

Just a heads up for other parents, my kid really hated the fit of these. They seemed uncomfortable pretty much right away, and we couldn’t get them to wear them for long. If your child is picky about comfort, I’d be careful with these.

I liked the overall idea of the place, but I kept zeroing in on the prices more than anything else. For what I ended up getting, it felt a little too expensive, and I couldn’t really tell what made it worth that much. Maybe other people won’t care as much, but I left feeling like I paid more than I should have.

I had a feeling this one was going to turn out okay, and luckily it did. Everything I ordered showed up correctly, with the right sizes and colors. It took me a little while to go through everything, but nothing was missing, so I’m happy with it

I really like the overall vibe of wildchild.nyc. The site feels fun, stylish, and a little different from a lot of other stores I’ve browsed. The colors are nice, the layout is easy to get around, and the product photos look great. A couple pages felt a bit crowded on my phone, but I might’ve just been looking at it at a bad time when I was rushed. Nothing that ruined the experience. I’d give it 4 stars.

The refund process was way slower than I expected. I kept feeling like nothing was happening unless I followed up, which was just... frustrating. I get that refunds can take a little time, but this dragged on too long for me. By the end I was just annoyed and kind of over it...

They got back to me fast and explained things clearly enough. I did have to ask twice about one detail, which was a little annoying, but overall the communication was SOLID

I ordered something from Wildchild for my kid and it was really cute when it showed up, the style was fun and my kid liked it right away, but after just a few weeks of regular wear the stitching started coming loose and it started looking worn out way faster than I expected.

For what I paid I really thought it would hold up longer, maybe we just ended up with a dud or something, shipping was totally fine and there were no issues there, but I was disappointed with how quickly it started falling apart

From what I remember seeing on Wildchild, I expected the clothes to fit my kid’s age a little better, but a lot of it came across as more grown up than I was comfortable with for a younger child.
There were definitely some cute items, and I can see why people might like the style, but I kept finding myself passing on things because they just didn’t feel age appropriate. The sizing and labels didn’t really make it easier to figure out what would actually work either.
Looking back, it might be a better fit for older kids or teens, but for us it just wasn’t the right match. I’d give it 2 stars.
